Football Specific Personal Training

Paul offers one to one training specific to improving every facet of football conditioning. The course is designed to improve different aspects of fitness and will develop your overall game. The sessions are planned to improve speed, strength, agility, balance, endurance, flexibility and power whilst boosting cardio vascular fitness and helping with fat loss.

Two sessions will take place in a fully equipped gym using excellent facilities and methods including;

Strength and power resistance exercises
Power Plate endurance training
Fartlek and interval training
Stability pad balance drills

An outdoor session will be tailored to help improve your power and agility adding further specificity to football. These techniques will include;

Agility Ladder drills
Plyometric exercises
Weighted Vest power training
Speed Parachute sprints
Hill sprints


Courses can be complimented with Sports massage and injury and rehabilitation advice.

Courses are for Pre, Post and during the season

3 sessions a week for £60.00

6 week course for £300.00
